Terms of Service.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Nudge Coshop Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (Corporate Identity Number U74101UP2026PTC250920), with its registered office at 301 Crystal Flora Apartment, Forsyth Road, Plot 122/004, Lalbagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226001, India ("Nudge", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to the Nudge app for Android and iPhone and to the website at nudgecoshop.com (together, the "Platform").

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy. When you accept them while creating an account (by ticking the box, or by continuing with Google where the sign-up screen says that continuing means you accept them), or when you use the Platform, you accept these Terms.

1. About Nudge

Nudge helps you decide what to buy. It asks about what you need, searches online stores and shows you a short list of picks. It includes an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant called Nui, a shelf for the things you save and buy, and Huddles, where friends help you choose.

Nudge is not a store. We do not sell products, set prices, take payments or deliver anything. When you buy something, you buy it from the store, on the store's own website. Nudge is free to use. If we add paid features, we will show you the price and ask for your agreement before you pay.

2. Who can use Nudge

You must be 18 years or older and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You must not have been banned from using Nudge. If you are under 18, you may not use Nudge. We may ask you to confirm your age at any time.

3. Your account

  • Give us true and current information, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and Shelf PIN private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Keep one account only, and use it only for yourself.
  • Tell us at once at support@nudgecoshop.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. How Nudge picks products

Nudge ranks products on merit, which means how well they fit what you asked for, your budget, your sizes and your needs. We may earn a commission when you buy a product through a link on Nudge, at no extra cost to you. Commission and payments from stores never change which products we show or the order we show them in.

Product details, prices, offers and stock come from stores and from search providers. They can be out of date or wrong. Always check the price, delivery date and return terms on the store's website before you buy.

5. Buying from stores

When you tap Buy, the store's website opens. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store. Nudge is not a party to it. The store is responsible for the product, its quality, delivery, returns, refunds, warranty and customer support, and for its own terms and privacy policy. Please read them before you buy. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact the store first. We will help where we reasonably can.

6. Nui and AI-generated content

Nui is an AI assistant. Its answers and picks are created by software, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not a promise. Do not treat them as professional advice.

Nudge is not a doctor. If you have allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions, always read the product label and ingredient list yourself, and ask a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure. Do not rely on Nui alone to decide whether a product is safe for you.

The virtual try-on shows an approximate look. The real product may look or fit differently.

7. Your content and Huddles

"Your content" means what you add to Nudge, such as messages, votes, photos, notes and shelf items.

  • You keep ownership of your content.
  • You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you choose, only to run and improve Nudge for you.
  • You are responsible for your content. Share only what you have the right to share. Do not share another person's photo or private details without their permission.
  • Huddles are shared with the friends you invite and with anyone signed in to Nudge who opens the Huddle's invite link, so share the link only with people you trust. Everyone in the Huddle can see your messages and votes in it, and we cannot stop them from copying what they see.
  • We automatically check Huddle chat messages before they are sent, and a message the check flags is not sent. We may also remove content, or limit who can see it, if it breaks these Terms or the law.

8. Rules of use

When you use Nudge, you must not:

  • Share content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexual, defamatory, or that harms a child.
  • Share content that violates someone's privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Pretend to be another person, or give a false identity.
  • Share false information that is meant to mislead, or content that threatens the unity, integrity or security of India or public order.
  • Share software code, links or files that harm devices or data.
  • Use bots, scraping or other automated tools to collect data from Nudge, or copy, reverse engineer or attack the Platform.
  • Use Nudge, Nui's answers or our product data to build or train a competing product or an AI model.
  • Try to get around our security, blocks or limits, or create an account after we have banned you.
  • Use Nudge for any unlawful purpose.

You can report a user, message or AI reply inside the app, or write to support@nudgecoshop.com. We review reports and may remove content, warn you, or suspend or end an account.

We will remind you of these rules and of our Privacy Policy at least once every year.

9. Our rights in Nudge

Nudge, Nui, the Platform, its design, software and content (other than your content and the stores' content) belong to Nudge or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Platform for your own shopping, under these Terms. We keep all other rights. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you or crediting you.

10. Ending your account

You may stop using Nudge and delete your account at any time. The steps are in our Privacy Policy. What happens to your data after deletion is also explained there.

We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms or the law, if you put other people or Nudge at risk, or if we must by law. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. We may also stop running Nudge, in whole or in part, and we will give you reasonable notice.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work to keep Nudge safe and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors or interruptions, or that its picks, prices or product details will be accurate, complete or suitable for you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, or for anything a store, another user or another third party does or does not do.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that protects consumers.

You agree to compensate us for the loss that we suffer because you broke these Terms or the law, to the extent your act caused it.

12. Apple, Google and other third parties

If you download Nudge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, these Terms are between you and Nudge only. Apple and Google are not responsible for Nudge, for support, or for claims about it. You must also follow the store's own terms. If you use Nudge on an iPhone, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Nudge uses other companies to run some features. They are listed in our Privacy Policy. Links to other websites are for your convenience, and we do not control those websites.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will update the date above. If a change affects your rights or duties, we will tell you in the app at least 14 days before it starts. If you keep using Nudge after the change starts, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please write to our Grievance Officer first (see Section 15), and we will try to solve it. If we cannot, the courts at Delhi, India will have jurisdiction. This does not take away your right to approach a Consumer Commission where you live. If you use Nudge outside India, the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live still apply to you.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
